AFL Women's Industry Lunch

The AFL recently hosted the seventh Women's Industry Lunch with more than 800 people celebrating 100 years since the first recorded game of Australian Football played by women.

I joined Shadow Minister for Health Mary Wooldridge, AFL multicultural ambassador Rashi Kapoor and around 800 people including guest speaker, Carolyn Creswell who is founder of the Australian gourmet muesli brand, Carman's.

Carolyn spoke with interest, inspiration and relevance. She is an inspirational leader whose success proves that you can run a multinational business and still love what you do.

She has a great work-life balance and at the same time, she and her husband are raising four kids aged under ten.
