The VAGO report into Maintaining the Mental Health of Child Protection Practitioners shows that Victoria has massive problems in the child protection system under Daniel Andrews.

In addition to a finding that there are very high turnover rates of child protection workers including too many who are not maintaining good mental health, the report also highlighted the impacts of unallocated cases which are known to be at an unacceptable 19%.

The failure of Daniel Andrews with child protection services is also impacting on Victoria's youth crime crisis. Too many children from child protection services are ending up in youth justice facilities.

Jenny Mikakos has failed in the management of youth justice and she's failed with child protection, how much more failure will Daniel Andrews accept from one minister.
